These terms govern your use of this website, operated by Sunquest Energy Pty Ltd (ABN 50 693 467 391) trading as Astrion Energy. If you are buying a system, the terms that govern that purchase are our supply and installation terms and conditions.

Content on this website is general information about our products and services. It is not financial, tax, legal or engineering advice, and it is not a substitute for a site assessment. Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance; a binding agreement is only formed when you accept a written quote issued to you.
Estimates, rebates and pricing
Any indicative price, saving, payback, generation figure or rebate amount shown here is an estimate based on published scheme rules and typical assumptions at the time of writing. Actual outcomes depend on your site, usage, tariff, retailer, distributor requirements and the equipment installed. Scheme rules and certificate values change — including the STC factor for batteries, which is reviewed at least every six months — and eligibility is determined by the relevant government administrator, not by us. See our rebates page for the current published position.
Virtual quote tool
The virtual quote tool we link to is hosted by GreenSketch, a third-party provider, and your use of it is also subject to that provider's own terms and privacy policy. The design, system size, generation and savings figures it produces are automated estimates generated from aerial imagery and modelled assumptions without a physical inspection. They are indicative only, are not a quote or an offer, and may change after we verify your roof, switchboard, usage and tariff. Use of the tool creates no agreement between us and imposes no obligation on you to buy. You must only submit an address and details you are entitled to provide.

Product specifications, warranty terms and availability are provided by manufacturers and may change without notice. Where there is a conflict between this website and your written quote or contract, the quote or contract prevails.
Your rights are unaffected
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of this website is limited to re-supplying the relevant information or paying the cost of having it re-supplied. See your consumer rights.
