We service systems we didn't install. Inverter faults, isolator failures, water ingress, tripping RCDs, generation dropping off — we diagnose the cause and quote the fix before doing the work.
Common jobs
Performance health check
Inverter logs, string voltages, insulation resistance testing and a written report comparing output to expected yield.
Inverter replacement
Like-for-like or upgrade to a hybrid inverter so a battery can be added later, with AS/NZS 4777.2 settings applied.
DC isolator & cabling
Replacement of failed rooftop isolators, degraded conduit and UV-damaged DC cabling — a common fire risk on older systems.
Monitoring & Wi-Fi
Reconnecting monitoring after a router change, and setting up alerts so faults surface within days, not quarters.
Panel replacement
Replacing cracked, delaminated or hot-spotted modules, including warranty claim support with the manufacturer.
Compliance remediation
Bringing non-compliant or unsafe legacy installs up to current Wiring Rules requirements, with documentation.
Where your system is still within a manufacturer warranty period, or where the original installer has obligations under the Australian Consumer Law, we'll tell you — even if that means the work isn't ours to charge for. Attendance and diagnostic fees are disclosed before we book you in.
