Finance
Finance options for your system
Some customers pay for their system outright; others choose to arrange finance through an independent finance provider. Either way, the system price, equipment and warranties we quote stay exactly the same.
How finance works with us
You choose, not us
Finance is entirely voluntary. We quote a cash price for the system, and you decide how you would like to pay for it.
Independent providers
Any credit is provided by independent finance providers under their own contract with you. We are not a party to that credit contract.
Assessed by the provider
Eligibility, credit assessment, approval, fees, interest and terms are set and decided by the finance provider — not by us.
No deferred payment with us
We do not offer deferred payment, instalment or buy-now-pay-later arrangements of our own, and we make no promise that any application will be approved.
No financial advice
We do not provide financial, credit, tax or legal advice and cannot recommend a credit product for your circumstances. Consider independent advice.
Same paperwork either way
You still receive a written quote, the itemised equipment list, warranty terms, the certificate discount applied and your cooling-off rights.
Before you consider finance
Read the credit contract
The finance provider's disclosure documents set out the amount financed, repayments, fees, charges and any interest. Read them before signing anything.
Check what you can afford
Only enter a credit contract you can comfortably repay. Estimated bill savings are not guaranteed and should not be relied on to meet repayments.
Ask about total cost
Ask the finance provider for the total amount payable over the full term, including all fees and charges, not just a periodic repayment figure.
You can walk away
A 10 business days cooling-off period applies from signing your supply and installation contract with us, and you are never obliged to use finance.
Commercial customers can also ask about a power purchase agreement (PPA), which is available for business sites only — see commercial solar. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are explained on our consumer rights page.
