About us
A solar retailer that would rather lose a sale than oversell
Sunquest Energy Pty Ltd, trading as Astrion Energy, is based in Surry Hills and works across NSW, ACT & VIC. We design, supply, install and support solar, battery and EV charging systems for homes and businesses.
How we work
Data before design
No proposal is issued without reviewing your actual consumption, roof and tariff. If solar or a battery won't stack up for you, we'll say so.
One written price
Itemised equipment, certificate discount, inclusions and exclusions in writing. No verbal promises, no same-day pressure discounts.
Accredited installation
Every install is carried out by SAA-accredited installers under licensed electrical contractors, to current Australian Standards.
Direct accountability
We don't sell your enquiry to a lead network. The team that quotes you is the team responsible for delivering and supporting the job.
Aftercare that answers
A local support line, monitoring alerts and warranty claim handling on your behalf with the manufacturer.
Documentation kept
Certificates of compliance, commissioning data, serial numbers and warranty paperwork stored and reissued on request.
Our commitments to you
- We will not use door-to-door or unsolicited high-pressure selling, or claim a price is only available today.
- We will state clearly what is an estimate and what is fixed, and never present modelled savings as guaranteed.
- We will disclose any deposit terms, payment schedule and cooling-off rights before you sign.
- We will attribute rebate and scheme claims to the responsible government administrator, and update them when rules change.
- We will honour your rights under the Australian Consumer Law in addition to any manufacturer warranty.
- We will handle your personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 and never sell it.
Where we work
We install across Sydney and regional NSW, the ACT, and Melbourne and regional Victoria. Our head office is at Level 1, 457-459 Elizabeth St, Surry Hills NSW 2010, open Mon-Fri 8:00am - 5:30pm AEST. Site assessments outside metro areas are scheduled in regional runs, and we'll confirm realistic timing up front rather than promising a date we can't hold.
